JOIN US ON THE HILL
Group Bookings are available for groups of 20 or larger and are good for all ages. Join us with your group, team, or club for the 2024-25 winter season from December - March.
Ski/Snowboarding
Includes discounted lift tickets and rental packages for the 4 hour window of your choosing. GST not included.
Lift tickets - ages 5 and up - all days - $22.50
Lift tickets - ages 2-4 - all days - $15.00
Rental package - all ages - all days - $20.00
Rental package - ages 2-4 - all days - $15.00
(skiing and snowboarding packages available)
Snow Tubing
Includes both lift tickets and helmet rentals into one all-inclusive price. One (1) or two (2) hour sessions are available, upon request. GST not included.
All - inclusive package, ages 5 and up - $20.00 per person
(4 and under is free)
Lift ticket only - ages 5 and up - $15.00 per person
Helmet rental - all ages, if required - $5.00 per person
Minimum package pricing will be applied in some cases. Pre-payment of event invoice or event deposit is required to confirm event booking.
**Group and private bookings must be coordinated through email. Group rates are not available through the online booking portal.

PRIVATE BOOKINGS
THE HILL TO YOURSELF
Private Hill Bookings are available from November to March. Have the hill to yourself for your meeting, team building, party, event, or other needs. Skiing, Snowboarding and Tubing is available for the 2024-25 season from December - March.

Large Scale Events
Looking for a place for your outdoor event? We can host a number of different event types and would love to chat with you about your ideas. Facility capacity is up to 150 guests.

APRES CHALET
We are pleased to offer our birthday / large group and corporate guests the opportunity to rent our exclusive Apres Chalet facility for your upcoming event. This cozy chalet is all ready to go! Complete with tables and chairs for up to 48 guests. The Apres Chalet is a ski in / ski out facility giving your guests ease of accessibility to all runs and lifts here at ESC. This prime site location is also in very close proximity to our 70+ stall free parking lot for use by your guests plus gives you the added ease of offloading and reloading your event supplies, decorations, etc.
Amenities and features offered through rental of the Apres Chalet include:

hill facing outdoor patio area with adirondack chair seating for up to 18 guests

outdoor ready fire pits exclusively for your use

two indoor fireplaces to create the added theme and ambience

bring in your own food and beverage options or coordinate through the ESC preferred caterer

decorate and theme the facility, inside and outside as you wish

add alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages to your experience through Edm Ski Club

facility is rentable in three (3) hour blocks of time or for whatever length of time is your best option

We are now accepting bookings for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 winter seasons.
As a pre-condition to taking part in Group/Private Booking, you will have to sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT on behalf of all persons who are participating either online or at our Customer Service Desk. Any participant under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign and initial on their behalf. Prices are subject to GST.
