As a pre-condition to being provided with rental equipment, you will have to sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT and RENTAL FORM on behalf of all persons who are being rented equipment at our Customer Service Desk. Any renter under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign and initial on their behalf.
