Rescheduling and Cancelling Lessons
Lessons can be cancelled and rescheduled via our self-service booking system.
Lessons can only be cancelled or rescheduled through self-service more than 48 hours before their start time.
To request a refund after a self-service cancellation, please email email@example.com. As per our policies, refunds are issued less a 15% administrative fee.
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours from the lesson start time are not eligible for a refund or credit. Exceptions are made only for suspected serious illness or injury, verified with a doctor's note outlining the applicable dates missed.

Step 1: Select the Log In button in the website header.
Step 2: The new page will have the title text Sign Up. Select the green login link beside Already a member? To log in, use the username and password that was used to book the lesson.
Step 3: You'll now be logged in and returned to the regular Edmonton Ski Club website. Click on the dropdown arrow beside your name and select the My Bookings link.
Step 4: Your account will show your currently booked lessons. If the lesson is more than 48 hours away from its starting time, you will see Reschedule and Cancel links.
Reschedule: The booking calendar will open up. Please select a new date and time for the class to complete the rescheduling process.
Cancel: The system will confirm whether to proceed with the cancellation. Select Yes to complete the cancellation. To request a refund after a self-service cancellation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. As per our policies, refunds are issued less a 15% administrative fee.
